A NIH-funded postdoctoral position is immediately available at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC). The research project is to develop therapeutic measures to target esophageal cancers through understanding molecular mechanisms of stem cell transformation. We use mouse genetic models and in vitro assays to address relevant issues.
We are seeking highly motivated researchers who have recently completed their doctoral programs. Experience in molecular biology, cell biology is required, and experience with in vivo animal models will be a plus. Support is available for an initial period of 2 years.
