The Department of Surgery, University Medical Center Regensburg, Germany in cooperation with the Regensburg Center of Interventional Immunology (www.rcii.de) is immediately offering a

full-time Post Doctoral Fellow position

for a highly motivated candidate at the Laboratory of Chronic Immunopathology.

The successful candidate will join ongoing research projects focused on transplantation immunology and chronic allograft rejection. These projects are based on a variety of established mouse models for heart and kidney transplantation using genetically manipulated mice.
The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D., M.D., or both, with prior training in transplantation immunology including expertise in state-of-the-art techniques of immunology and molecular biology, as well as solid organ transplantation in mouse models.
