One POSTDOCTORAL FELLOW POSITIONS is available for highly motivated individuals in the laboratory of Dr. Wang (http://www.med.uottawa.ca/bmi/eng/wang.html). We are interested in the studies of signaling pathway governing the endothelial differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (see some associated papers published in Immunity, Blood, J Exp Med, Nat Med, Stem Cells, Mol & Cell Proteomics, etc.). Successful candidates will have a Ph.D. degree in developmental biology or cellular and molecular biology with a strong research background in endothelial cells and/or embryonic stem cells (with experiences in gene manipulation, flow cytometry, and/or immunohistology being an asset) and a strong publication track record. The University of Ottawa is situated in the center of Canadian capital city Ottawa with excellent amenities, a vibrant arts and intellectual environment, and low cost of living. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
