Applications are invited for two postdoctoral positions to work on a two-year industrial project related to heterogeneous catalytic conversion of carbon dioxide in the group of Dr. Atsushi Urakawa.

Candidates should possess a background in chemical engineering and/or physical chemistry with good skills in the synthesis and characterization of heterogeneous catalysts. Solid experience in reactor design, automation (e.g. LabVIEW), data processing (e.g. MATLAB), electrical engineering, and in situ spectroscopy (particularly IR and Raman) is highly valued. The candidates should have an excellent command of English. The position is available from April 2012.
