UCD School of Agriculture & Food Science currently seeks to recruit a Postdoctoral Research Fellow Level 1
Description

This project represents a continuation of an Industry Led Research Programme (phase I) which developed technologies to enhance the delivery of minerals, enzymes and probiotics in animal feed systems. In the next phase (phase II) of the research, the efficacy of the developed technologies will be assessed in real manufacturing processes and in animal models. The research will be conducted by a team of 12 individual scientists based in the College of Agriculture Food Science and Veterinary Medicine, UCD. The Postdoctoral Fellow will over-see all technical elements of the research on copper encapsulation and enhanced bioavailability in cattle including the work of the Research Assistant Fellow and will report directly to WP leader. The Postdoctoral Fellow will be based at Lyons Research Farm in Newcastle, Co. Dublin.
