We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative post-doctoral fellow to join our drug discovery in vitro biology team. The successful candidate will play an important role in identifying novel modulators of macrophage polarization for the treatment of inflammation, metabolic disease and cancer. Responsibilities will include developing and optimizing primary macrophage cell-based assays with a focus on M1/M2 polarization, performing screens to identify novel modulators, and conducting follow-up studies to validate promising hits. A Ph.D. in immunology or a related field with a strong publication record is required. Previous experience with macrophages is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills, the drive to move projects forward independently, and an ability to work well in a team setting are also required.
