Job Description
| Post-doc sought for NIH-funded project devoted to development of advanced molecular simulations methods aimed at computing diffusion rates of small molecules in proteins using the framework of transition-path theory. The project is a collaboration between Drexel and NYU involving two investigators, two post-docs, and two PhD students. A PhD in molecular biology, computational biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field is required. Experience with NAMD or other molecular simulations packages in a high-performance computing environment is a must. |
