Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Neuroscience or a related field. The successful candidates will have publications in peer reviewed journals as evidence of solid training in either neurophysiology or molecular biology. Working experience in patch-clamp technique is a plus. Preference will be given to the highly motivated candidates who have interest in exploring exocytosis and endocytosis at mammalian central synapses (e.g., the calyx of Held synapse and the cultured hippocampal neuron) from both health and disease animals.
