- Utilizing an In-Vivo Imaging System (IVIS) for in vivo imaging of the bioactive drug dose delivered to the murine lung
- Optimization of preclinical aerosol delivery systems for pulmonary drug delivery

Qualification

- Ph.D. in Biophysics, physics, bioengineering or a related field
- Experience with optical imaging in biological tissue
- Some experience with aerosol generation or characterization (e.g. cigarette smoke)
- Experience with aerosol-based drug delivery and/or inhalation therapy is desirable
- Proven ability to work in a highly interdisciplinary environment
- Excellent English and communication skills; German skills are desirable, but not required
- Highly motivated, flexible and team oriented
