Postdoctoral position is available in the Program in Clinical and Experimental Therapeutics, Department of Clinical and Administrative Pharmacy, University of Georgia College of Pharmacy to conduct research on a 5 year NIH funded project to characterize the molecular mechanisms regulating endothelial-barrier function. The candidate must hold a recent Ph.D. degree in Biological Sciences with a strong background in vascular biology. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in animal surgery, immunohistochemistry, confocal imaging and cell signaling. Previous experience in endothelial-barrier function and vascular permeability studies in a mouse model is desirable.
