Requirements:
Skillful in optical properties of nanomaterials by various theoretical and computational tools (for example, FDTD,COMSOL), especially in near-/far-field surface plasmon resonance and their application, e.g. SERS, fluorescence
Experimental experiences  on Surface enhanced spectroscopy (Raman/fluorescence) would be better.
