We are interested in chromatin remodeling regulation of nuclear events. We are seeking a candidate with major in bioinformatics, computer science, statistics, system biology, or closely related field with published record of accomplishment. The applicant should have experience in analysing high-throughput large data sets generated from system biology studies, such as genome-wide localization data (ChIP-chip) and next generation sequencing data. The candidate should be familiar with R and Perl in UNIX/Linux. This position requires a highly self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
